Can I cancel or amend my order?
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or change your order. However, due to our fast and automated processes—which process your orders promptly—once a pre-paid or financed order has been placed, it is final and cannot be canceled or modified.
Please double-check your order before completing checkout to ensure that everything is correct.
Can I return my goods?
We're sorry, but we do not accept returns on products unless there was an error made on our end with your order, and we ask that you return them. If there was a mistake made with your order, please follow our claims process so we can make it right for you.
Are shipments insured for delivery?
At checkout, we offer an option for in-transit coverage (shipping insurance) at a low additional cost. We are currently working on extending this option for exports as well.

What are your shipping costs?
We calculate shipping costs on a case-by-case basis for each order. We always display the shipping costs clearly at checkout so you know what to expect before placing your order. This way, you can make an informed decision and budget accordingly.
What are your processing times?
We provide an estimated processing time for every cart and order line. This is the average time it takes us to allocate your order to the appropriate sellers in our network and start the fulfillment process after we receive your payment.
Will my goods arrive sealed or in a cellophane wrap?
You will receive your goods in the same manner in which the manufacturer or supplier distributed them. Recently, while cellophane is biodegradable, we have seen some manufacturers opting away from it because it is single-use and cannot be recycled.
Typically, your goods will arrive either sealed or wrapped unless that's different from how the manufacturer or supplier initially distributed them.
What happens if my order expires?
If we don't receive your payment within three business days, your order will automatically expire. But don't worry; we'll refund the amount of the expired order to your wallet so that you can use it towards your next purchase with us.
We won't issue a credit note since we haven't generated a final invoice for you, but you can always download a copy of your wallet's transaction history for your records.
What happens if you cannot fulfill my order?
If we can't fulfill your entire order, we'll refund the amount to your extricable wallet, and we’ll show any adjustments on your final invoice.
For example, suppose you paid for twenty keyboards, and we can only ship fifteen; we'll refund the remaining five keyboards to your wallet. You can use that balance towards your next order or withdraw it to your bank account.
