Order Confirmation and Final Invoice

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with all the necessary details, including payment instructions when paying by bank transfer.

No need to worry if you don't receive the confirmation email; you can always view your order details and download a copy of your order from your account. To do this, simply log into your account and follow the below steps:

• Go to your "Orders" section and select the relevant order to view its details.
• Click the Excel button to download the details in excel format.

Your Final Invoice

After you've placed your order, we'll work quickly to get your final invoice to you as soon as possible. This invoice will have all the details of the items that we've been able to fulfill for you and any applicable refunds.

You can easily access your final invoice by following these simple steps:

• Log into your account.
• Go to your "Orders" section and select the relevant order.
• Click on the "Invoice" section.
• You can download your invoice in either PDF or Excel format by clicking their respective buttons, whichever is more convenient for you.
