Your Wallets

We provide you with two types of wallets to make your transactions with us more convenient: the extricable wallet and the inextricable (Qogita credit) wallet.

Extricable Wallet (Withdrawable)

Your extricable wallet is used for refunds on prepaid orders that we could not ship in their entirety. Any funds in your extricable wallet will be used as your primary payment method and reflected on your invoice. You also can withdraw the balance of your extricable wallet to your bank account at any time.

Inextricable Wallet (Qogita Credit)

Qogita credit is issued for referral bonuses, special discounts, and some refunds. This credit can only be used to discount the payment of your next order and will also be reflected on your invoice. These funds are not available for withdrawal or use on outstanding payments.

Transaction History

You can easily access your transaction history by logging in to your account, visiting your profile, clicking on "Your Wallet", and then download the Excel file of your transactions.
