Once you place and pay for your order, we'll get to work right away confirming your order with our sellers, and we'll send you a final invoice that includes all the details of your purchase. You'll be able to find a copy of your invoice in your Qogita account, along with all the other details of your order, so you can easily keep track of everything in one place.
We want to make sure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible, so after you place your order, we automatically send it to our sellers. To ensure everything is correct before placing your order, please take the time to double-check all the details. Once your order is placed, we're unable to make any changes.
Shipments
At Qogita, we work with multiple sellers to bring you a wide range of products and the best prices. This means that your order may be fulfilled by more than one seller and shipped to you in multiple shipments. However, we will do our best to minimize the number of shipments and provide you with a breakdown and tracking link for each one. Sellers will typically dispatch shipments within 7 business days.
To check the status of your order's shipments, log in to your account, go to the "Orders" section, and select the order you want to check. Then, click on the "Sellers & shipments" tab to view all the shipment and tracking details associated with your order. This way, you can stay up-to-date on the progress of your deliveries.
Consolidating Your Order on an Ex-Works Basis
If you need your items delivered to a location outside of our main markets—EU, UK, US, UAE, and Israel—or you prefer to consolidate your shipments for collection, we offer consolidation services at our warehouse in the Netherlands on an ex-works basis.
However, this option requires a minimum order value of €250,000. If you're interested in this option, please reach us at support@qogita.com, and we'll be happy to help.
Ex-works, or EXW, is a term used in international trade that refers to the point at which a buyer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with transporting goods.
As we consolidate on an ex-works basis, we have fulfilled our obligations once we make the goods available at our Netherlands warehouse. The buyer is then responsible for collecting and transporting the goods to their destination within five days of being notified.
It's important to note that ex-works does not include additional services such as loading the goods onto a truck or securing them for transport. The buyer is also responsible for obtaining necessary export or import licenses and paying taxes or duties.
Postponing collection may result in additional storage fees starting at €100 per week, depending on the size and type of your shipment, including factors such as hazardous materials, volume, number of pallets and parcels, and weight.
It's crucial for buyers to understand the ex-works terms and make sure to factor in all costs associated with the collection and transport of the goods.
