Delivery times vary based on multiple factors, and the carrier only provides delivery estimates once a shipment is scheduled for delivery.
We provide an estimated processing time for every cart and order line.
The processing time is the average time for us to allocate your order to the appropriate seller(s) in our network and begin the fulfillment process—after we receive your payment.
Tracking your order
In the final stages, once your order is fulfilled and scheduled for delivery, we provide a track-and-trace link wherever possible.
You can view your shipments at any time. While logged in, please follow the below steps:
- Visit your account
- Click Your orders
- Click the relevant order
- Click the Shipments header
- Use the provided track-and-trace reference numbers to track your shipment(s); if we haven't yet dispatched your order, it will say No shipments found.
