Delivery times vary based on multiple factors, and we cannot provide delivery estimates until a shipment has been scheduled for delivery.
We provide an estimated 'Time-to-Ship' for every cart and order line. The 'Time-to-Ship' is how long we estimate it will take to pick, pack and ship the items of your order, and begin our fulfillment process.
In the final stages, once your order is fulfilled and scheduled for delivery, we provide a track-and-trace link wherever possible so that you can track the final leg of your shipment's journey. A copy of your order and invoice in pdf and excel format, and all track and trace codes, for every shipment, can be found in your dashboard.
