Shortly after all your items are shipped, we will add your final invoice to your account in the orders section. Your invoice will be provided via PDF and Excel. The Excel will have three tabs, the Order, the Invoice, and an Order vs. Invoice tab.
The order vs invoice tab will show any differences between the two and a full breakdown of any possible refund to your Qogita wallet for the undelivered items. We will email you once your invoice is available.
Please note that we aim to send your final invoice after all items are shipped, sometime this may be after you have received your items.
