Your Invoice

Easily access your invoices by logging in to your account and visiting the orders section. Once there, you'll find your final invoice for each order, both in PDF and Excel formats. This way, you can easily download and save it for your records.

Please note that we only issue your final invoice once we confirm your order with our sellers.

Your Invoice in Excel Format

For your convenience, we also provide your invoice in an easy-to-use Excel format. You'll find three tabs in the Excel file: Order, Invoice, and Order vs. Invoice.

• Order: This tab displays your original order, including product details and quantities.
• Invoice: This tab shows you the final invoice we've issued, including any adjustments or changes made to your order.
• Order vs. Invoice: This tab helps you compare the original order to the issued invoice, including any undelivered items and any related refunds.

Refunds

If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we'll include information about your refund near the bottom of your invoice. The refunded amount will be credited to your extricable wallet, which you can then use towards your next order or withdraw at any time for your convenience.
