We highly recommend you consider purchasing shipping insurance during checkout, as it can provide added protection for your shipment. Please keep in mind that shipping insurance is mandatory for financed orders.

Our Responsibility
We want your delivery to be as smooth as possible, but please note that without shipping insurance, our responsibility for your shipment ends once it is handed over to the courier.
This means that if your claim is related to issues such as damaged items, deliveries to incorrect addresses, lost shipments, items lost in transit, or suspected stolen items, we may not be able to consider your claim unless you purchased shipping insurance during checkout for that specific order.
However, if you did choose to purchase shipping insurance, our responsibility for your shipment extends to the first delivery attempt.
Please keep in mind that couriers often reach out to confirm availability or delivery details before delivery. If the courier contacts you and doesn't receive a response, we consider that an attempted delivery.
