What happens if I refuse a shipment?

Please do not refuse any shipment. Please accept all shipments and report any issues to us afterward.

For each refusal, as part of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge an additional €100 fee. This fee compensates for the extra administrative work it creates for our teams and partners.

We will always reship the goods to you, additional shipping costs will be invoiced, and you will remain liable for your invoice payment, as usual. In such cases, you will also lose your ability to place a claim for missing or damaged products.
