If you need to make a claim for a missing or damaged item from your order, don't worry, we've got you covered! Our claims process is easy and efficient.
If we approve your claim, we'll reimburse your extricable wallet supported by a credit note; you can the funds on your next order or withdraw them at any time.

Expired Orders
Your order will automatically expire if we don't receive payment in full within three business days.
If this happens, we'll refund your extricable wallet, but we won't issue a credit note since we haven't generated a final invoice for you. You can download a copy of your account's transaction history for your records.
Customs Charges
When you choose to shop from multiple regions through your shopping preferences, you have access to a wider selection of products from international sellers, which can result in lower prices. However, if you choose this option, you will be responsible for the import process and any associated costs, and we do not provide any refunds related to them.
Typically, the carrier or freight forwarder will contact you to clear the goods through customs. It's your responsibility to track your shipment using the information provided on your order dashboard and to contact us at support@qogita.com if you need any assistance.
