You can use your Qogita Credit towards your next order with us; there's no limit to how much of your Qogita credit you can use on any order!
Because we refund you in Qogita credit and use it as a discount for your following order, there is no refund or need for a credit note.

Your order will automatically expire if your payment doesn't credit our bank account within three business days. Suppose your order expires; we will credit your wallet; because we haven't generated a final invoice for you, we will not issue a credit note. However, you can download a copy of your wallet's transaction history for record keeping.
If you accept imports as part of your shopping preferences, you are responsible for the import process and all applicable costs. The carriers or freight forwarders typically contact you to clear the goods from customs; however, it's your responsibility to utilize the tracking reference we provide.
Shopping from multiple regions is a valuable consideration; when chosen, you access an extensive international network of sellers, resulting in a much broader product offer and, most likely lower prices.

If you notify us about missing items on your final invoice, we will refund your wallet for these items if justified. Refunds to your extricable wallet can be withdrawn or used against your next order anytime.
Invoice discrepancies rarely happen, but we will provide a credit note along with your refund if it does.
