When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only if the items you received are incorrect, damaged or are in an unsellable condition. If this occurs, please submit a claim and we will arrange a collection and issue a refund upon approval of your claim.
Collection process
If you receive incorrect, damaged or unsellable items and do not wish to keep them, follow these steps:
- Submit a claim – Provide details and any necessary evidence to support your request.
- Collection arrangement – Once your claim is approved, we will organize a collection of the items. Please provide any relevant collection details in the comments section of your claim to expedite the process.
- Collection process – If collection is not possible from your end, we will assume you wish to keep the items and issue a new invoice accordingly.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- If you changed your mind about the purchase.
- If a marketplace states you are not authorized to list the items on their platform.
- If the incorrect item was ordered due to not double checking the GTIN. Please note that product images are for reference only.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we encourage you to carefully review product details before placing your order.
