Can I cancel my order?

⚠️ Once your order has been paid, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. As soon as payment is received, the order is automatically and immediately sent to our suppliers, making it impossible to modify.

We include a clear disclaimer on the order page to remind buyers of this policy.

There is one exception: if you selected bank transfer as your payment method when placing an order but haven't yet sent the payment, you don't need to do anything. Because the payment is still pending, you can just let the order expire on its own.
