Can Qogita help if I have other issues on Amazon?

While Qogita will always provide invoice documentation and guarantee authenticity, we cannot assume all responsibility for selling on Amazon.

Qogita will provide full support to help you challenge authenticity claims and help with the ungating process.

However, sellers need to take responsibility for other risks selling on Amazon, including but not limited to the following:

  • IP claims
  • PI claims
  • Brand authorization forms
  • Section 3s
