By default, your account will be set to:
- Buying from the UK and EU if you're a UK customer
- Buying from the EU only if you're an EU customer
We understand that every business has unique needs, and we want to give you the flexibility to choose where your products come from. With our shopping preferences feature, you have control over the region from which you want to source your products.
Updating Your Shopping Preferences
To update your shopping preferences, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to "Your account" and click on "Your profile"
- Scroll down to the "Shopping preferences" section.
- Choose the location(s) that best suit your business needs.
- Click "Update preferences" to save your changes.
Remember to review your preferences before placing each order, as after you place an order we are unable to amend it. Currently, if you are in the EU, you will be able to buy from within the EU, while UK buyers can buy from the UK and EU.
