How can I change my shopping preferences?

By default, your account will be set to:

  • Buying from the UK and EU if you're a UK customer
  • Buying from the EU only if you're an EU customer

We understand that every business has unique needs, and we want to give you the flexibility to choose where your products come from. With our shopping preferences feature, you have control over the region from which you want to source your products. Here's how it works:

  1. Choose "All" for a worldwide selection: By selecting "All," you'll have access to our extensive network of sellers from around the world. This option offers the widest range of products at the lowest prices. Please note that choosing this option may involve imports and customs.
  2. Select specific regions: If you prefer to focus on specific regions, you can choose multiple regions or individual regions like the United Kingdom (UK), United States of America (USA), Europe (EU) or Middle East (ME). Selecting specific regions will give you access to sellers from those regions, potentially resulting in lower prices. If your shipping address matches your selected region, we will not import goods for you.

Updating Your Shopping Preferences

To update your shopping preferences, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to "Your account" and click on "Your profile"
  3. Scroll down to the "Shopping preferences" section.
  4. Choose the location(s) that best suit your business needs.
  5. Click "Update preferences" to save your changes.

Remember to review your preferences before placing each order, as after you place an order we are unable to amend it.
