Do I need VAT number to register as International Buyer?

If your business is registered outside the EU, different requirements apply depending on how you buy:

• Collecting from our Netherlands warehouse - FCA: 

  • You do not need a VAT number at registration

  • You do not need an EORI number,  Qogita files the Dutch export declaration on your behalf

• • You must also provide your freight forwarder's details before placing an order

• Collecting from our Netherlands warehouse - EXW: 

  • You do not need a VAT number at registration

  • You must provide an EORI number: this is required to file the Dutch export declaration, as you act as the exporter of record

• • You must also provide your freight forwarder's details before placing an order

• Buying via our global distribution partner:

  • Standard business registration details required

  • Our partner will advise on any additional documentation needed in your country
