Do you offer export services?

Qogita now offers two routes for buyers outside the EU and UK.

1. Collect from our Netherlands warehouse

If you have a freight forwarder, you can collect goods directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We offer two variants:

• FCA (Free Carrier): Qogita handles the Dutch export declaration. You arrange collection via your freight forwarder and handle import clearance at your destination. No EORI number required for the export step.
• EXW (Ex Works): You act as the exporter of record and are responsible for all export and import steps, including filing the Dutch export declaration. An EORI number is required.

2. Delivered to your country (via our global distribution partner)

Buyers who prefer a fully managed solution can source through our global distribution partner, who handles international shipping, customs, and last-mile delivery to your address. No EU entity or freight forwarder required.
