How are refunds processed for claims?
Below, you'll find details on how refunds are handled following claim approval.
Refunds for payments made by card or bank transfer
⚠️ For orders made by cash or card, refunds are made as soon as the claim is approved (within 1 day).
- Claims will only be approved in one day if all evidence is provided up-front
- Refund Method – We'll reimburse your cash wallet supported by a credit note; you can withdraw the funds or use them on your next order.
- Processing Time – Refunds are credited back to your account instantly after claim approval.
- Withdrawing funds from Qogita - It usually takes 2 business days for withdrawals to show in your bank account.
Refunds for orders financed with Mondu

How are refunds processed if I haven’t paid Mondu for my order yet?
A credit note in the form of a reduction in the remaining amount payable will be applied to your Mondu invoice.
How are refunds processed if I have paid Mondu for my order?
A credit note in the form of a direct payment to your bank account will be applied:
- Refund Amount – Mondu will refund you directly to your bank account for the value claimed after approval. An invoice will be issued to you specifying this payment.
- Interest fee refund: If the claim is for the full order amount, any interest that has been paid will be refunded. However, if your claim is only for part of your order, unfortunately Mondu will not offer a refund on the interest paid.
- Processing Time – Mondu will refund buyers directly within 7-10 business days.
