Accessing and downloading your invoices is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to the Orders section and find the order you want.
- Click on that order to view the details.
- There, you'll see the option to download your final invoice in PDF or Excel format.
Keep in mind that we'll issue your final invoice once we confirm your order with our sellers. This way, we ensure accuracy and completeness, and it means your invoice may take up to ten days from placing your order to be issued.
Invoice in Excel Format
For added convenience, we offer your invoice in Excel format. The Excel file has three tabs:
- Order: It shows your original order, including product details and quantities.
- Invoice: Here, you'll find the final invoice we issued, which might have adjustments or changes made to your order.
- Order vs. Invoice: This tab lets you compare the original order with the issued invoice, including any undelivered items and related refunds.
