How do I check out pre-order suppliers?

We explicitly distinguish between two stock types on Qogita:

Pre-orders can now only be checked out one supplier at a time.
In Stock suppliers can still be checked out together in a single combined order.

This change means you get invoices, submit claims, and get refunds faster without waiting for pre-orders to be delivered.

In-stock suppliers (regular delivery) can still be checked out together as one order.

Use the “Checkout X suppliers” button in the In stock tab of the cart summary

Or, use the “Checkout this supplier” button on the supplier’s card in the main cart area to checkout one at a time, as before.

Pre-order suppliers (extended delivery) are checked out individually.

Use the “Checkout” button next to that supplier in the Pre-order tab of the cart summary (desktop)

Or, use the “Checkout this supplier” button on the supplier’s card in the main cart area.

You can see the information if the supplier offers pre-order or in stock goods on every page of the website:

On product pages: Pre-order offers are clearly marked, with expected delivery times stated.
In cart: Each supplier is labelled In stock or Pre-order, along with the expected delivery window for pre-orders.
In cart summary (desktop only): The cart summary on the right-hand side now has two tabs:
- In stock — shows the combined total for all in stock suppliers where minimum order value (MOV) is met, and lets you check them out together.
- Pre-order — lists each pre-order supplier where MOV is met, and makes it easy to navigate to that supplier in your cart (by clicking the supplier code) and checkout that supplier individually (by clicking the checkout button).
