How do I delete my account?

If you no longer wish to use your Qogita account, you can request a full account deletion by contacting us at support@qogita.com.

To ensure your request is processed correctly, please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Email address linked to the account
  • Reason for requesting account deletion

💡If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, we can unsubscribe you from promotional emails while keeping your account active, no need to delete your account entirely.

⚠️ Please note that full account deletion is permanent. If you decide to return in the future, you’ll need to create a brand-new account.
