How do I manage changes in the cart?
Clean Up Cart feature
Managing large or complex carts can be time-consuming—especially when prices change or items become unavailable. That’s why we’ve introduced the Clean Up Cart feature, designed to help you save time and checkout faster.
When does it appear?
If there are any changes to your cart—such as:
- Product quantities decreasing
- Prices increasing or decreasing
- Items becoming unavailable from selected suppliers
You’ll see this banner at the top of your cart:
"Your cart has X changes – Please review carefully
There are changes to products in your cart. This could include quantities decreasing, prices changing, or products no longer available from your chosen suppliers. Please review the changes before proceeding to checkout"
What happens when you click Clean Up Cart?
Clicking the Clean Up Cart button will automatically:
- Swap products with availability or price changes for the same item from another supplier, keeping your original quantity and aiming for the same price or cheaper
- Remove unavailable products from your cart and add them to your wishlist at your requested price
- Rebuild your cart using our optimized model, replacing your current cart with the new, checkout-ready version
