How do I upload a list of products on my cart?

Uploading an Excel/CSV file

If you already know what you want to order, you can add products to your cart directly from a list — no manual searching needed. There are two ways to do this: pasting your GTINs or uploading a file.

💡This is especially useful if you need to order a large variety of items. And quicker than adding several products manually, one by one, saving hour(s) of manual work!

You have the option to upload a cart from any catalog pages or directly from your cart, no matter if it’s empty or already built with some products.

Option 1: Upload a file

If you have a structured file ready, you can upload it directly.

On any catalog page, find the cart upload tool at the top of the page, or use the prompt on your cart page to open the upload modal.
Upload your Excel or CSV file.
Select your preference:

- Faster checkout: Prioritises reaching MOVs (minimum order values), the fastest way to make sure you'll be closest to checking out the products you'd like to purchase, within your budget.
- Lowest price: Always adds the cheapest available offer for each product, up to the maximum specified price.

4. Once uploaded, you can continue to edit your cart to reach the desired changes and check out!

You can create a Excel or CSV file, which then contains three columns:

GTIN - Identifier of the product
Quantity - Number of items you need for that product
Max price - The maximum price you would pay for that product

Option 2: Paste your GTINs

This is the quickest way to get started. All you need is a list of product codes — no file preparation required.

On any catalog page, you'll find the cart upload tool pinned at the top. It's open by default and can be dismissed if you don't need it.
Paste your list of GTINs directly into the input field.
Quantities are optional; they default to 1, but you can adjust them before adding to your cart.
Select your preference:
- Faster checkout: Prioritises reaching MOVs (minimum order values) — the fastest way to make sure you'll be closest to checking out the products you'd like to purchase, within your budget.
- Lowest price: Always adds the cheapest available offer for each product, up to the maximum specified price.
Confirm and your products will be added to your cart. You can continue to edit your cart before checking out.

-If you are selling on third party marketplaces:

After analyzing a file through one of your online tools, you will already have the defined price (to reach your margin) and an idea of quantity you want to sell. You can input these directly in the upload, so you can check out as fast as possible without having to manually add the products in your cart one-by-one.

-If you are selling on request or replenishing stock for your shop:

Each time you are missing items, you know the products and quantity for those items that you need to replenish. Using those quantities, and the desired price (based on what you have paid in the past), we can create you a cart which you can checkout as fast as possible.
