How do I use a referral code someone has provided me?

⚠️ Referral codes can only be used once per account. Make sure to enter it during your first purchase to enjoy the benefit—it won’t be valid on future orders.

⚠️ Misuse of Promotions & Referral Codes

Each Qogita account must belong to a single, legitimate business. Creating multiple accounts to unfairly benefit from promotions—like discount codes or referral links—is not allowed.

Using different emails, business names, or other tactics to get around this rule is also prohibited. Accounts that share delivery addresses, contact info, or payment methods may be flagged for abuse.

If someone has referred you to Qogita and given you a referral code, you can easily use it to benefit from our referral program. Here's how:

During Registration:

While registering for a Qogita account, you will reach Step 2 of the registration process.
Look for the field labeled "Sign Up Code" on that page.
Enter the referral code provided to you by your referrer in the designated field.
Complete the registration process as usual.
The credit will be visible in your promotions wallet, visible your account.

After Registration:

If you have already registered but didn't enter the referral code during the registration process, don't worry! You can still apply it.
Log in to your Qogita account.
Go to the Promotions section in the Portal.
Within 120 days of registering, you will find a field to enter the referral code.
Enter the referral code provided by your referrer in the given field. This is case sensitive so make sure to double check the code.
Click "Apply" to activate the referral code.
The credit will be visible in your promotions wallet, visible under your account.
