How does Qogita vet its suppliers?
💡For more detailed information check out our Qogita Supplier Verification.
To protect our buyers and ensure authenticity, we’ve built a robust vetting process that any supplier must go through before selling on our platform.
Here’s how we vet suppliers at every step:
- Step 1- Company vetting
- Every supplier on Qogita undergoes a thorough verification process to ensure they are a trusted, established wholesaler, distributor, or brand. We validate corporate information, warehouse operations, and key stakeholders, and perform detailed due diligence checks focused on product quality, service standards, and business performance metrics like turnover and fulfillment rate.
- Step 2- Site visits to verify service standards
- We conduct site visits to directly assess supplier operations and ensure all stock is authentic, EU-compliant, and authorized for resale. Suppliers must hold ready-to-ship inventory, dispatch orders within 3 business days, and follow strict packaging standards
- Step 3- Close integrations for product data accuracy
- We use machine learning to verify EANs and pricing when onboarding new stock lists, flagging any discrepancies for review. Through direct API integrations, we enable real-time synchronization with supplier inventory, refreshing stock data every 30 minutes. This ensures accurate product listings and immediate order alerts for fast, reliable fulfillment.
- Step 4- Supplier probation period
- Suppliers undergo a trial order program to verify their reliability. Their first 15 orders are closely monitored to ensure they meet Qogita’s standards for product quality, delivery speed, and fulfillment accuracy.
- Step 5- Performance management
- Once onboarded, suppliers are supported by our Supplier Success Team to continuously improve performance through regular insights on fulfillment, delivery speed, claim rates, and stocklist accuracy. We also conduct periodic quality checks to uphold high standards and ensure 100% product authenticity for our customers.
