Payment
Non-European buyers are required to pay us with 0% VAT marked for Export Supply. This ensures that the correct taxation process is followed for export transactions.
Warehouse Collection
Under Ex-works, buyers will need to pick up the order from a trusted third-party warehousing partner in The Netherlands, facilitated by Qogita. Ex-works, or EXW, is a term used in international trade that refers to the point at which a buyer is responsible for the costs and risks associated with transporting goods.
Postponing collection may result in additional storage fees starting at €100 per week, depending on the size and type of your shipment, including factors such as hazardous materials, volume, number of pallets and parcels, and weight.
Just so you know, we have a minimum order value (MOV) requirement of 100k. However, we are open to talking about your specific needs and finding a suitable arrangement.
Export Documentation
As the buyer, you and your chosen freight forwarder will be responsible for all the documentation required to ship the goods after collection. Rest assured, we will provide the necessary Dangerous Goods Note (DGN) and Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) as standard to support your export process.
Evidence of Export
To ensure that this process is both convenient and legally compliant, please provide us with evidence of export to cover all legal requirements. This documentation is necessary to facilitate smooth and hassle-free transactions.
