I have a VAT number; why do you say it is not valid?

Having a local VAT number may not be sufficient for making orders via Qogita.

Since we collaborate with sellers throughout the EU, it is essential that your VAT number is valid for transactions within the single market.

You can check if your VAT is valid on the VIES portal.

Remember to type the country code when adding your VAT number, and your company name must match that linked to the VAT number. If your VAT number is invalid, we recommend reaching out to a tax advisor for guidance on the necessary steps to update your VAT number.

If your VAT number shows as valid, but you are unable to place orders, please contact support@qogita.com.
