Managing your addresses

⚠️ Please make sure all address information is correct and complete. This information will be essential for your delivery.

Please note that once an order is placed, we can’t amend the address on an invoice.

To ensure your address is up to date:

  1. Go to your account and click on "Addresses"
  2. You can either add a new address or edit the existing one.

⚠️ If you wish to remove an old or incorrect address you will see the button “remove” as soon as there are more than two addresses.

Here are some guidelines to help you:

  • First Name: Enter the recipient's first name - please note this information will not show on the delivery label or invoice.
  • Last Name: Enter the recipient's surname or family name - please note this information will not show on the delivery label or invoice.
  • Mobile Number: Provide a mobile or cell phone number associated with the address. This is mandatory and facilitates delivery arrangements.
  • Company Name: If applicable, enter the company name.
  • VAT: Enter your VAT or tax number.
  • EORI: This is optional as Qogita can handle imports on the buyers behalf
  • Country: Select the country where the address is located.
  • Address Line 1: Start entering your address or postcode, and select your address from the drop-down menu. If you can’t see your address, click on “Enter address manually”.
  • Address Line 2: Include any additional information, if needed.
  • Town or City: Enter the town or city associated with the address.
  • Postcode: Add the postcode relevant to the address.
