Managing your addresses
Adding or amending delivery and/or billing addresses in your Qogita account is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure your addresses are up to date:
- Go to your profile and click on "Addresses"
- To add a new address, select "Add new address" and enter the required details.
- To edit an existing address, click “Edit” on the address you wish to modify and make the necessary changes. You can also click on “Remove” if you want to delete it.
When entering the address information, please make sure is complete and correct. Here are some guidelines to help you:
- First Name: Enter the recipient's first name.
- Last Name: Enter the recipient's surname or family name.
- Mobile Number: Provide a mobile or cell phone number associated with the address. This is mandatory and facilitates delivery arrangements.
- Company Name: If applicable, enter the company name.
- Tax ID Number: Enter your VAT or tax number.
- Customs ID Number: This is your EORI number, which you will need to add if you are importing (UK to EU and vice-versa).
- Country: Select the country where the address is located.
- Address Line 1: Start entering your address or postcode, and select your address from the drop-down menu. If you can’t see your address, click on “Enter address manually”.
- Address Line 2: Include any additional information, if needed.
- Town or City: Enter the town or city associated with the address.
- Postcode: Add the postcode relevant to the address.
Remember to double-check the information before saving it to ensure accuracy. Please note that once an order is placed, we can’t amend invoices, so it's essential to enter the correct details.
