How do I pay for a US order?

You pay for US orders in US dollars before we ship. Your account manager sends you a proforma invoice, you transfer the amount, and your order is confirmed once the payment reaches us.

How to pay

  1. Your account manager creates the order and emails you a proforma invoice. It shows the full amount due in US dollars, along with our bank details.
  2. Pay the amount shown on the proforma by bank transfer or card. For bank transfers, include the order reference so we can match your payment.
  3. Send proof of payment to your account manager. This confirms your order without waiting for the transfer to clear.
  4. Your order is confirmed and goes to our suppliers.

⚠️ Always include the order reference when paying via Bank Transfer. Payments without one take longer to match, which delays your order.

Currency

You pay in US dollars, into our US dollar bank account. Your account manager sets your account to USD, so every price you see on the platform is in dollars too.

If you collect from our warehouse in the Netherlands instead, we may invoice you in euros. Your account manager confirms the currency before you pay.

Payment methods

You can pay for a US order in two ways:

Bank transfer — transfer USD from your business bank account using the details on your proforma invoice, including the order reference.

Credit or debit card — we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments are confirmed straight away, so your order moves to our suppliers without waiting for a transfer to clear.

Minimum order value

US orders have a minimum order value of $1,500. Your account manager flags this as you build your order, so you know what you are working towards.

After you pay

Once we confirm your payment, your order goes to our suppliers and your stock is reserved. Delivered orders then take around 2 weeks to reach you.
