Product Lists
Overview
Product Lists give you a permanent home for the products you buy again and again. Create as many lists as you like, add or remove products from any product page or by uploading a cart, and jump straight to checkout at the best available price when you're ready to reorder.
Product Lists replaces the old Watchlist. Everything you had saved under Watchlist has moved automatically into a list called Formerly Watchlist, so nothing is lost.
Your lists
Every account starts with three lists already populated:
- Formerly Watchlist — the products you had saved under the old Watchlist.
- Commonly Ordered — your top 100 products by order count over the last 3 months. This list updates automatically as you place new orders; you can't add or remove products from it directly, but you can still set alerts on them or add them to your cart.
- Alerts — any product you've set a target price or target quantity on.
You can also create your own list, rename them, and delete the ones you no longer need.
A product can sit on as many lists as you like at the same time.
Adding and removing products
From a product page: click "Add to Lists" and choose which list to add it to (or create a new one).
By uploading a cart: upload a cart file to add its products to a list in bulk, which is useful for larger assortments or recurring orders.
To remove a product, open the list and remove it from there.
Searching and filtering your lists
Every list is searchable and filterable by GTIN, so you can find a specific product in seconds instead of searching the catalog again.
Setting price and quantity alerts
Click the bell icon on a product to set:
- A target price
- A target quantity
Products you've set a target on are automatically collected in your Alerts list. You won't be notified about a product unless you've set an alert on it, including for back-in-stock — there are no automatic notifications for products just because they're saved to a list.
When a product meets your target price, the notification email includes:
- Per-unit cost
- Available quantity at that price
- The minimum order value required for that pricing tier
Adding to cart from a list
From any list, you can add a product straight to your cart at the lowest available price for the quantity you want, with pricing and minimum order value shown upfront.
Frequently asked questions
What happened to my old Watchlist? Nothing is lost. Everything you had saved automatically moved into a new list called "Formerly Watchlist."
Can the same product be on more than one list? Yes. A product can be on as many of your lists as you like.
Will I get notified about products that don't have an alert set? No, including for back-in-stock. Notifications only go out for products where you've set a target price or target quantity.
What exactly is "Commonly Ordered"? It's your top 100 products by order count over the last 3 months, generated automatically. You can't edit which products land here directly, but you can still set alerts on them and add them to your cart like any other saved product.
