Can I ship to a Marketplace Prep Center?

💡It depends: We can NOT always ship to marketplace prep centers. Whether we can or not depends on whether the prep center has special requirements for receiving the order. It is the buyer's responsibility to make this assessment in advance.

Prep center special requirements may include, but are not be limited to:

  • Information about shipment(s) measurements or weights
  • A special label to enter the prep center

If your prep center doesn’t require any additional information from us, we are happy to deliver there.

Simply add the prep center as the shipping address in the corresponding section of your profile.

⚠️ Please note that you must alert the prep center yourself. We do not contact or coordinate with prep centres on your behalf. You are responsible for arranging delivery directly with your prep centre and adding their address to your profile.
