Learn how to track your order

Once an order has been paid for (either by sending payment via bank transfer, paying with a card, or if you have opted to utilize our financing scheme) our sellers will start processing your order ready for shipment.

You can easily follow your order updates within your account's ‘Orders’ section.

To easily access the breakdown of shipments for your order, simply click on the 'Sellers & Shipments' tab. Here, you will be able to find detailed information about each seller and associated shipments involved in your order.

Once your shipments are in transit, tracking links will become available. To access the tracking information for each shipment, click on the provided tracking links. This will open a new window or tab with the relevant courier, allowing you to stay updated on the progress of your deliveries.

Occasionally, the shipping company may need to get in touch with you directly regarding a shipment. To ensure smooth communication, it is important to keep your contact information up to date, as this will help the shipping company reach out to you if necessary. This is particularly important if any shipments are being shipped from outside your region and require customs clearance.

In some cases, if there are difficulties in reaching you directly, the shipping company may request that you contact them through the shipment tracking page. We recommend regularly checking the tracking status of your shipments, as this will keep you informed about the progress of your shipments.
