Can I track my order?
Once an order has been paid for our sellers will start processing your order ready for shipment.
⚠️ Sellers have up to 3 working days to ship your order.
To track your order:
- Follow your order updates within your account's ‘Orders’ section.
- Click on the 'Shipments' tab. Here, you will be able to find detailed information about each supplier and associated shipments involved in your order.
Once your shipments are in transit, tracking links will become available.
Understanding shipment status
Each shipment displays a status badge to help you understand where your order is in the delivery process:
- Preparing: The sale has been confirmed, but the shipment has not yet been collected by the carrier
- Scheduled: The supplier has booked collection and the shipment is awaiting pickup by the carrier
- In Transit: The carrier has collected the shipment and it's on its way to you
- Delivered: The carrier has confirmed delivery of all packages in the shipment
- Delivery Failed: The shipment will not be delivered due to an unforeseen carrier issue. Our support team will contact you to arrange a resolution.
Viewing estimated delivery times
Once tracking information is available, you'll see an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for each shipment:
- Not yet available: Bridging the gap between tracking link creation and carrier ETA
- Initial date: The first ETA provided by the carrier
- Updated date: A revised ETA if the carrier updates the expected delivery time
- Confirmed delivery date: The date the shipment was successfully delivered
Accessing shipment details
Shipment cards can be expanded to view additional information. Click the chevron on the left side of a shipment card to access:
- Request marketplace invoice button
- Delivery note download
- Full tracking details
Once your shipments are in transit, tracking links will become available.
Delivery notes
When your shipment is dispatched, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a delivery note. This document lists all items included in that specific shipment, making it easier to check goods when they arrive at your warehouse. This is especially useful for multi-shipment orders where the final invoice may not yet be available.
