Can I track my order?

 

 

Once an order has been paid for our sellers will start processing your order ready for shipment.

⚠️ Sellers have up to 3 working days to ship your order.

  1. Follow your order updates within your account's ‘Orders’ section.
  2. Click on the 'Shipments' tab. Here, you will be able to find detailed information about each supplier and associated shipments involved in your order.

💡Once your shipments are in transit, tracking links will become available.

Delivery notes

When your shipment is dispatched, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a delivery note. This document lists all items included in that specific shipment, making it easier to check goods when they arrive at your warehouse. This is especially useful for multi-shipment orders where the final invoice may not yet be available.
