What happens to my ongoing orders financed with Mondu after the switch to Billie ?

Qogita is moving its Buy Now, Pay Later partnership from Mondu to Billie. New orders financed after the switch use Billie.

Orders you financed with Mondu before the switch stay with Mondu:

  • You repay them to Mondu, on the original due date and payment terms. For example, an order financed on the last day with 30-day terms is settled with Mondu as normal.
  • Claims and refunds on these orders follow the Mondu process in "How are refunds processed for claims?". 
  • The repayment details for your Mondu orders do not change.

⚠️ Orders financed with Billie are repaid to Billie, to a different account. You'll find the payment details on your invoice. If you have automatic repayments set up, please update them for your Billie orders.
