Wallets are convenient features we provide to enhance your transaction experience. We offer two types of wallets: Cash wallet and Promotions wallet.
- Cash Wallet (Withdrawable): Your cash wallet is used for refunds on prepaid orders that could only be shipped partially. It serves as your primary payment method, which will be reflected on your invoice. You can also withdraw the balance to your bank account whenever you need.
- Promotions Wallet (Qogita Credit): Qogita credit is issued for referral bonuses, special discounts, and certain refunds. This credit can only be used to discount the payment of your next order, and it will also be reflected on your invoice. However, these funds cannot be withdrawn or used for outstanding payments.
