What documents does Qogita provide for EXW orders?
For EXW orders, Qogita will provide:
- Commercial invoice; itemised list of goods with values, for use in your export declaration
- Packing list; quantities, weights and dimensions by carton
These documents are issued once your order is confirmed and payment is cleared.
You are responsible for:
- Appointing a customs agent or freight forwarder for the Dutch export declaration
- Providing Qogita with the Movement Reference Number (MRN) once your export declaration is accepted. This is required for VAT zero-rating on your order.
- Any/all other documentation, such as; Certificates of Origin, EUR.1, A.TR, Certificate of Free Sale, Certificate of Conformity, Declaration of Conformity and Halal Certificates
- Ensuring the goods meet local rules (such as registration, labelling, expiry dates) in your country
- Informing Qogita prior to placing your order of any specific requirements, such as batch codes, expiry dates or language requirements. Qogita will try to accomodate specific requirements where possible, but cannot guarantee availability of additional product information.
Dangerous goods

Some products on Qogita are classified as dangerous goods (aerosols, flammables, certain HBC items). If your order includes DG-classified items then additional documentation and restrictions may apply depending on your chosen shipping mode.
- Please be aware that Qogita cannot guarantee any additional documents to support the shipment of DG goods and any requirements mist be discussed with your Qogita representative prior to ordering.
