What happens after my Mondu application is accepted?

Once your application to Mondu (our Buy Now, Pay Later partner) is approved, you’ll unlock access to flexible payment options at checkout—such as paying in 30, 60, or 90 days (fees may apply for longer terms).

Here's what to expect:

• Your credit line becomes active

  Once accepted, your credit limit is automatically added to your Qogita account on the Buy Now, Pay Later section of your profile. You can begin using it immediately to defer payments when placing orders.

• Your business details are locked

  For compliance reasons, any buyer that is approved by Mondu will have the following details locked on their Qogita account:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Chamber of Commerce (CoC) number
  • Country
  • Email address
  • Phone number
