Qogita offers several payment methods at checkout.
⚠️ Important to note: after the order is placed it is impossible to change the payment method.
1) Pay by Bank
Pay by Bank lets you pay directly from your bank account at checkout powered by Plaid - an authorised open banking provider regulated under Europe's PSD2 framework.
Open banking allows regulated third-party providers to securely initiate payments from your bank account with your explicit permission. You authenticate directly with your bank, which means Qogita never sees your login credentials and no card details are stored or shared. Every payment requires approval through your bank's own security, including multi-factor authentication where required. This makes Pay by Bank more secure and less error-prone than manual bank transfers, where a mistyped reference or account number can delay your order.

To pay, select Pay by Bank, search for your bank and authorise the payment. All banks supported by Plaid are available, including banks outside your region.
If your bank isn't listed in the search, select bank transfer instead and you'll be guided through the regular bank transfer flow.
2) Bank Transfer
Pay via bank transfer using the payment details shown after you click "Pay now" at checkout.
⚠️ Please make sure you include your order number as a reference otherwise the payment will not be recognized.
Payment must be received within 2 business days, or the order will be automatically expired.
Once your payment is received, your order will be marked as paid within 1–2 business days and you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't see the payment reflected within that timeframe, contact support.
3) Credit or Debit card including ApplePay and Link.
Pay with a credit or debit card at checkout, including Apple Pay and Link. Payment is processed immediately and your supplier is notified right away.
4) Buy Now Pay Later in partnership with Mondu.

Qogita offers Buy Now, Pay Later through our partnership with Mondu, a B2B payments provider. At checkout, select your preferred payment term:
