What payment option do you offer for International Buyers?

Qogita supports buyers worldwide, but payment options differ depending on whether you're based inside or outside the European Union. This article covers everything international buyers need to know about paying on Qogita.

⚠️  Important to note: after the order is placed it is impossible to change the payment method.

Bank Wire Transfer

Bank wire transfer is the primary payment method for international buyers. It works for orders of any size and is available to buyers in all supported regions outside the EU.

How it works

  1. Complete your order at checkout and select Bank Transfer as your payment method.
  2. Click Pay now — you'll see Qogita's bank details on screen and receive them by email.
  3. Send the transfer from your bank, making sure to include your order number as the payment reference. Without this, your payment cannot be matched to your order.
  4. Qogita confirms receipt and releases your order once payment clears.

⚠️ Important: Always include your order number in the payment reference field. Missing or incorrect references are the most common cause of payment delays.

Timelines

  • Payment must be received within 2 business days of placing the order, or it will automatically expire.
  • Once received, your order is marked as paid within 1–2 business days and you'll get a confirmation email.
  • International wire transfers can take longer to clear than domestic ones — factor in your bank's processing times when you place your order.
