Why are there changes during allocation?

When allocating your cart, we analyze each item you have added and check if your desired quantity is available at the best price while meeting any seller requirements.

We are committed to ensuring that you get the best price possible for your items, as we understand the importance of this when buying wholesale products.

On occasion, the products you have requested are unable to be allocated to match seller restrictions, meaning we will need to try alternative combinations or make adjustments to facilitate order fulfillment

If you have added a product where the units requested don't meet the requirements of the seller offering the product, we may need to increase the number of allocated units to be able to fulfill your order. In the same way, if some products in your cart can be allocated but others cannot, we may prompt you to add alternative products or remove an item to enable you to purchase the majority of your requested items at your desired quantity.

Alternatively, if your desired quantity is above the sellers maximum available stock, we may have to amend the allocated units to match the seller's availability or combine offers from multiple sellers.

Our technology will automatically adjust your allocated units to provide you with the best offers available, as close as possible to your desired quantity.
