Will the items I order come with transparency codes?
⚠️ Qogita does not guarantee the presence of Amazon Transparency codes on any products.
Transparency codes are unique barcodes used by Amazon to verify product authenticity. They're not legally required and are typically only needed if you're planning to sell on Amazon. These codes are not necessary for other platforms or physical retail stores.
Why Aren’t Transparency Codes Always Included?
Many of our suppliers do stock products with Transparency codes — especially for brands commonly sold on Amazon. However, there’s no way to reliably predict whether a specific item will include one.
This is because Amazon charges brands per code (typically $0.01 to $0.05 each), so manufacturers often apply them only to products meant for Amazon distribution. Occasionally, you might receive a product with a Transparency code by chance, but it’s not something we or the supplier can confirm in advance.
Previous Policy (Now Paused)
We used to offer a manual pre-order check process where you could submit a request before paying, and we would check with the supplier whether the product included a Transparency code.
However, this process caused delays and often led to orders being canceled because stock was purchased by someone else during the delay. For this reason, we’ve paused this option and can no longer check for transparency codes in advance.
⚠️ If Transparency codes are essential for your business, please consider this before purchasing.
