Will the items I order come with transparency codes?

Transparency codes may not be available for all products, depending on the individual seller. Check with the Support Team for confirmation.

As all orders are final once paid (or if financing is selected), we are unable to accept returns if the items do not have transparency codes available.

For this reason, we recommend that if you need confirmation of the availability of transparency codes for your item, you place the order without payment and immediately contact our team at support@qogita.com to request information on the availability of transparency codes. This allows us to inquire with the sellers allocated to your order about the availability of transparency codes. If they confirm that transparency codes are not available, we can cancel the order without any issue.

Additionally, if you opt to finance your order, rest assured that we can adjust it once the transparency codes are confirmed, just let the team know you would like to finance the order and your prefered terms (30, 60 or 90 days).
