Does Qogita allow returns?

However, we understand that issues can arise. If you receive items that are incorrect, damaged, or in an unsellable condition, please submit a claim, you may be eligible for a refund.

Once your claim is fully or partially accepted, you will receive a refund. Please keep in mind that Qogita may require items to be returned to facilitate a refund.

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • If you changed your mind about the purchase.
  • If a marketplace states you are not authorized to list the items on their platform.
  • If the incorrect item was different than expected due to not checking GTIN . Please note that product images are for reference only, as we state in our T&C.
