Does Qogita allow returns?
When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns only if the items you received are incorrect, damaged or are in an unsellable condition. If this occurs, please submit a claim and we will arrange a collection and issue a refund upon collection of the faulty goods.

When Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- If you changed your mind about the purchase.
- If a marketplace states you are not authorized to list the items on their platform.
- If the incorrect item was different than expected due to not checking GTIN . Please note that product images are for reference only, as we state in our T&C.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we encourage you to carefully review product details before placing your order.
