All parts of your order should arrive within 10 business days, although delivery times can be faster depending on the supplier and their proximity to you. Remember if your order is allocated to more than one supplier, it will arrive in multiple shipments.
Each supplier has a maximum of 5 business days to pick, pack and hand over your items to a courier.
Once with the courier, delivery should be completed within 5 business days. You will be provided a tracking number to track the status of your order.
