Protected shipping coverage

We provide protected shipping coverage for all orders to ensure the security of your goods during transit. Covered incidents include damage, delivery to the wrong address, loss in transit, or suspected theft.

 

Delivery Policy

All deliveries will be made during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If a shipment is lost or delayed due to the absence of a recipient, this will not be covered under our protected shipping coverage. We strongly recommend arranging for someone to be present to avoid any issues.

 

Cost Calculation

The cost of protected shipping coverage is seamlessly integrated into the final price of your order and is based on 1% of the value of the goods being shipped.

 

Submitting a Claim

In the unfortunate event that an incident impacts your shipment, you can easily initiate a claim through your Qogita account. 

Claims Review

Upon claim initiation, our team will carefully review the details against our claims policy to ensure a fair and efficient resolution.

If you raise a claim while the order is still in transit, our team may close it and forward your query to our Support team, who will thoroughly investigate the matter.
