What happens if my order expires?

There are two types of order expirations on Qogita, depending on whether it's the buyer or the supplier who didn’t complete the necessary step in time.

Buyer Order Expired

If you place an order but do not complete the payment within 2 business days, the order will automatically expire.

This means the stock is no longer reserved on Qogita, and your order is cancelled.

If the payment arrives after the order has expired, we’ll refund the full amount to your cash wallet, where you can either:

  • Use the funds for a future order, or
  • Withdraw them to your bank account.

Supplier Order Expired

Once you've paid for your order, the supplier has 3 business days to confirm that it can be fulfilled. Please note that this does not apply to preorders, which follow a different timeline.

  • If the supplier is unable to fulfil the order, they will cancel it within that window.
  • You will be fully refunded to your cash wallet, where you can either:
    • Use the funds for a future order, or
    • Withdraw them to your bank account.
