What happens if my order expires?
There are two types of order expirations on Qogita, depending on whether it's the buyer or the supplier who didn’t complete the necessary step in time.
Buyer Order Expired
If you place an order but do not complete the payment within 2 business days, the order will automatically expire.
This means the stock is no longer reserved on Qogita, and your order is cancelled.
If the payment arrives after the order has expired, we’ll refund the full amount to your cash wallet, where you can either:
- Use the funds for a future order, or
- Withdraw them to your bank account.
Supplier Order Expired
If you've already paid for your order, but the supplier does not confirm or ship the order within 3 days, Qogita will automatically expire the order on your behalf.
This happens to prevent excessive delays — sometimes suppliers receive the payment but fail to take action. If that’s the case, the order is cancelled and you are fully refunded.
