What's included in my shipment?

Each shipment contains your ordered products along with a digital delivery note to help you verify the contents upon arrival.

Digital delivery note

When your shipment is dispatched, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a delivery note. This document lists all items included in that specific shipment, making it easy to check goods when they arrive at your warehouse.

💡 Delivery notes are especially useful for multi-shipment orders, where the final invoice may not yet be available and only provides an order-level overview.

Multi-shipment orders

If your order includes products from multiple suppliers, it will arrive in separate shipments at different times. Each shipment will have its own:

  • Tracking number
  • Delivery note listing only the items in that shipment
  • Shipment confirmation email

To view all shipments for an order, go to your account's Orders section and click on the Shipments tab.
