Where is my shipment?

To track the status of your shipment, you can easily find the tracking information in your Qogita account:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Orders section.
  2. Select the order you’d like to track.
  3. Click on the “shipments” tab to view shipping information, including tracking numbers and carrier details.

What you'll see on the order page

Each shipment displays:

  • Shipment ID and destination
  • Status badge showing the current stage (Preparing, Scheduled, In Transit, Delivered, or Delivery Failed)
  • Estimated delivery time (ETA) based on carrier information
  • Tracking numbers and carrier details

You can view the status and expected delivery time for all your shipments without needing to click into individual tracking links.

If there's an issue with your shipment

  • If a shipment shows a "Delivery Failed" status, one or more packages will not be delivered. Our support team will contact you to arrange a refund.
  • If your order has been lost, or your tracking information doesn't clearly show that your shipment will be correctly delivered by a certain time, please submit a claim.
