Where is my shipment?

To track the status of your shipment, you can easily find the tracking information in your Qogita account:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Orders section.
  2. Select the order you’d like to track.
  3. Click on the “shipments” tab to view shipping information, including tracking numbers and carrier details.

If your order has been lost, or your tracking number doesn’t clearly show that your shipment will be correctly delivered by a certain time, please submit a claim.
