Learn how to place your order.
Once you have succeeded with the allocation of your cart, you can continue through the checkout process to place your order.
The checkout process is set out in three steps.
Step 1 - Address
First, you will be asked to add or select your shipping and billing address. You can choose from an existing address on your account or add a new one. You can amend and add addresses in your profile at anytime.
Step 2 - Financing & payment
You will then be prompted to select your preferred payment option. The default option is ‘Pay in advance’ if you would like to pay by debit card, credit card, bank transfer or alternative instant payment methods.
If you have been approved for credit, you will be able to select the option to pay later here.
Would you like to apply for credit? It is as easy as filling in this form.
Step 3 - Review & order
This is the final step of the order process. We recommend making sure you check all information is correct before placing your order as, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or amend it, including the address. This is why it is important that you check that everything looks okay before continuing. When you're happy that all of the information and your order summary are correct, you can click on ‘Place order’.
If you have selected ‘Pay in advance’ you will then be prompted to pay via bank transfer and other payment methods by following the ‘Pay now’ link.
As soon as we receive payment, we will confirm your order with our sellers, who will start picking and packing your order. We make it easy for you to track your order so you know where it is every step of the way.
