If having supply chain documentation is important for you, make sure you purchase from suppliers that provide marketplace invoices, as per this article.
All products bought via Qogita are authentic and come from our vetted supplier network.
However, not all Qogita buyers sell on marketplaces, and as such, they are not subject to needing to prove that their products are authentic following authenticity claims.

Invoices Qogita offers for authenticity claims
If you buy from suppliers that are happy to provide marketplace invoices, you will have access to the following in case of an authenticity claim:
- Qogita invoice: When you purchase from Qogita, you will always receive an invoice which contains all the information Amazon needs for authorization.

While we can never promise anything regarding 3rd party marketplace decisions, based on our internal analytics, the documentation provided by Qogita has a high success rate (close to 100%) for addressing authenticity claims.

- During your initial submission, first provide only the Qogita invoice.
- Make sure to have persistence if your first submission is rejected.
