Proving chain of supply

Qogita will always work with you to offer as much information as possible

At Qogita, we are committed to supporting your need for authentic products and transparent sourcing. We work with a network of vetted suppliers to ensure product authenticity. However, if you are reselling on third-party marketplaces, please be aware that some suppliers may not provide the additional documentation required by certain platforms.

Invoices and Documentation

To help you make informed decisions:

  • Invoice Availability:
    • You can choose to filter our catalog just by products that have a chain of supply. Click on the flag on the top-right side of the portal and tick the box "Only show products with marketplace invoices available". If you prefer, you can do this from your Profile page. Please note this will reduce the number of items on the catalog, so only tick this box if you need of proof chain of supply.

    • If you decide to not tick the box, you can still see up-front which suppliers are able to provide supply chain documentation directly in your cart before purchase.

  • Authenticity Claims: If you need to respond to an authenticity claim, simply provide proof of the claim to our support team. Upon verification, we will promptly share the relevant invoice with you.

Requesting Additional Documentation

If a third-party marketplace requires further documentation after you have shared your Qogita invoice, please fill in a request via the Qogita Portal. Where possible, we can provide a redacted copy of our supplier’s invoice. Please fill in a request once your Qogita invoice has been issued.

To raise a request, go to the order page, and under "Shipments" you will have the option to click on "Request Marketplace Invoice". This will opena form for you to fill. Please add the supplier reference, as well as any evidence for your request from your chosen selling platform.

We will respond within 3 working days. If you cannot see the button "Request Marketplace Invoice," it means that the seller is unable to share any further proof of chain of supply.

 

Note: Not all suppliers are comfortable sharing their invoices, and in cases where additional documentation cannot be provided, we may be unable to assist further. As outlined in our Terms of Use, we cannot accept returns if these additional documents are unavailable.

To ensure your purchase meets the needs of your resale platform:

  1. Verify Documentation Needs: Before completing payment, review your cart to confirm which suppliers can provide invoices.
  2. Unsure About Documentation? If in doubt, place your order without payment and contact us at support@qogita.com to confirm invoice availability. If the necessary documentation is unavailable, we can cancel your order without issue if we have not received yet payment.
