If a third-party marketplace requests further information after you've shared your Qogita invoice, we're prepared to assist by providing a redacted copy of our seller's invoice.
However, it's important to acknowledge that not all sellers may be comfortable sharing their invoices. In such cases, we regret to inform you that we're unable to offer further assistance. As outlined in our Terms of Use, we will be unable to accept any returns under these circumstances.
