Refunds and credit notes

Claims

If you need to make a claim for a missing or damaged item from your order, don't worry, we've got you covered! Our claims process is easy and efficient.

If we approve your claim, we'll reimburse your cash wallet supported by a credit note; you can withdraw the funds or use them on your next order.

Expired Orders

Your order will automatically expire if we don't receive payment in full within five business days.

If this happens and you have sent us payment, we'll refund your cash wallet, but we won't issue a credit note since we haven't generated a final invoice for you. You can download a copy of your account's transaction history for your records.

 

Declined Orders

Sometimes, our sellers may be unable to fulfil your order. When this happens we will be in touch to let you know why, and we will help you placing a new order.

You will also receive a refund to your cash wallet, which you can withdraw or use towards your next order.
